Rachael Ebanks-Gold is a London-born mindfulness teacher who is dedicated to helping people improve their mental well-being through meditation, self-reflection, and mindful living. She has been practicing meditation for over 10 years and has been awarded the Level 4 Certificate in Integrating Mindfulness and Compassion in Professional Practice through Mindfulness UK. She leads group mindfulness classes, and offers private coaching and nutrition counseling as a certified coach and registered dietitian.
