Chrissy Cralen, MS, RDN, CDCES, NBC-HWC, PCC, is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Diabetes Care & Education Specialist, National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach and Professional Certified Coach with over 18 years in the field. Her career spans community wellness and nutrition education in Los Angeles school districts, leading hospital-based heart disease reversal and diabetes management programs in the Pacific Northwest, and since 2013, providing one-on-one health and wellness coaching for employee wellness programs. She brings extensive clinical and coaching expertise, along with a lifelong passion for food as medicine, to every client she serves.
