Practical Mindfulness is a monthly class offered exclusively for DWT employees. It's designed to help you integrate mindfulness into everyday life in clear, actionable ways. 

Each 30-minute session introduces a specific mindfulness tool—ranging from stress resets to focus builders to quick calm techniques—that you’ll practice in real time and be able to carry with you into your work and personal life.

This is not about theory or perfection; it’s about finding practices that work for you and building confidence through repetition. Whether you’re brand-new to mindfulness or already have some experience, you’ll leave each session with practical strategies to feel more grounded, resilient, and present.

Classes are led by life coach Jen Ottovegio, who brings both professional coaching expertise and 20+ years of mindfulness training to create an engaging, approachable experience.
